Yes we Accept all types of credit card payments. Our Website uses Stripe for all online transactions, thus providing the safest means for our customers to complete payments.

For orders that are being delivered, payment must be made by card during checkout on our website. If you prefer to pick up your items in-store, you have the flexibility to pay by card in person or with cash upon collection.

To provide the highest standards of hygiene, all of our products are not returnable since we cannot guarantee that they have been used and then returned. The only cases in which items are accepted for replacement are when damage has occurred by the courier.

In case of replacement due to damage, we will need to be informed 6 days from the day of arrival with images confirming the damage claim.

When you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the designated box at checkout. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your total amount before completing your purchase.

If your prepaid goods are not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately on demetra.aspri@hotmail.com . We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly, either by arranging a replacement shipment or issuing a refund.
